Middle East International Loss Adjusting Company Ltd (MEA) was established in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in 2013, providing technical loss adjusting expertise across a wide range of disciplines, including non-marine and marine claims classes of risk to the KSA insurance market.
A wide range of experience is offered at all levels which enables the appointment of the right adjuster with the correct skills matrix to handle the right claim at any given time. We believe that key to all loss adjusting assignments are: detailed surveys; policy awareness; listening and understanding the issues of the interested parties; all of which provide for an efficient and balanced loss adjusting product.
A team approach is adopted on major losses and smaller claims are peer reviewed to ensure swift and accurate handling at all levels, to bring claims to a timely and impartial conclusion. Ongoing training for all staff is adopted which includes reviewing and discussing live claims. We have staff from different nationalities to cater for situations that are particular and peculiar to this region.
